Museum extends quilt display

September 13, 2018

The quilt display is extended

through September due to the interest in the quilts. This collection highlights seventeen quilts including crazy quilts, embroidered names on quilt squares, some with appliqués and one quilt with a few hundred one inch squares sewed together by hand.

The 2018 annual exhibit continues to honor those brave young Clinton County men who fought and died in World War One. Many photographs, artifacts from the war, a WWI Army uniform and documents are featured in the display.
