September 10, 2009

signVisitors at the Clinton County Paine-Gillam-Scott Museum won’t have any trouble finding the wealth of historic agricultural items which the county-wide organization is accumulating now that the Museum Carriage House sign points the way.

PGS Museum volunteers Elmer Upton (left) and Bill McCarthy secured the new. The old carriage house is located near the rear of the property on Maple Street that houses the 1870 PGS historic house and Doctor’s Annex building.

The Carriage House is filled with a variety of ag display. The Museum is open from 2 to 8 p.m., Wednesdays, and 1 to 4, Sundays. For information call (989) 224-7402.
